Job Outline - Bolton Kia are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their Marketing Team on a 12-month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave.  Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager in planning, delivering and monitoring all online and offline marketing activities at Bolton Kia the successful inbumbent must be detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, be digitally led but also understand a multi-channel approach.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·         Support the Marketing and Communications Manager in the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department.

·         Using Adobe Experience Manager to add and manage content for the dealership website, including offers.

·         Creating and adding content to the Bolton Kia social media channels.

·         Create timely and engaging email campaigns using in-house tools

·         Personalising shelled press releases and creating in-depth advertorial on a range of topics.

·         To maintain and update the showroom CRM system (Claro and UCS) – you will need a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel formatting, as you extract data for targeting purposes.

·         Monitor campaign performance, reporting progress and insights to the Manager.

·         Liaise with external agencies and suppliers.

·         Co-ordinating in-showroom events and off-site product placements.

·         Organising and reporting of customer renewal activity.

·         Provide cover managing and qualifying inbound enquiries for the Sales Lead Co-ordinator.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organised and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Data-driven with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel formatting.

• Social Media knowledge – Facebook and Instagram particularly.

• Team player and strong interpersonal skills.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

The Bolton Kia dealership spans across two separate buildings, both based on Middlebrook Retail Park, with free parking, located off Junction 6 of the M61. The nearest train station is Horwich Parkway.
