The Team

The Kia UK Marketing Team lead national campaigns, launch exciting products, shape media strategies, and drive tactical marketing initiatives. We organise high-profile events and manage prestigious sponsorships. We stay ahead with innovative campaigns and through collaboration with our dealer network. The Role

Join us as Dealer Digital Marketing Executive and support the Tactical and Dealer Marketing Manager to develop and implement Kia UK Limited’s (KUK) Marketing plans to become Leaders in Digital Solutions including Digital Showroom POS, Kia Marketing Portal, Digital media like search marketing and elements of CRM with the aim of building a loyal Kia customer database, driving sales and converting prospects to next generation Kia owners.

 

General Responsibilities:

  • Working in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders and supporting the team to ensure that the marketing programmes and strategies are developed to meet the business objectives

  • Supporting the creation of bespoke marketing materials, within agreed strategic requirements for usage

  • Involved in the briefing process – from brief to approval and undertake the development of materials

  • Assist with reporting and budget tracking

  • Support all channels through our digital solutions, whether this be Retail, Fleet, Motability, Aftersales and Vans

 

Channel-Specific Responsibilities:

Dealer Marketing (60-80% of workload) – Cars and Vans

  • Manage & support Digital POS content, ensuring it remains always up to date and relevant

  • Ownership of Dealer Digital Solutions content and reporting, including Digital POS and Marketing Portal

  • Enhancing Dealer & Customer usage of these digital tools e.g. marketing portal

  • Reporting and analysis of usage, downtime, troubleshooting, etc

  • Supporting the development of Creative assets for both National and Dealer templates

  • Involved in the creation of Media assets for specific campaigns

  • Website content creation, monitoring of key metrics and the generation of HTML e-mail campaigns/templates for National and Dealer

  • Manage & Support the Dealer Leads Programme including Pay Per Click Search Marketing

  • Support a range of events including national, regional and dealer events

  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on the success of actions by channel

 

CRM (20-40% of workload) – Cars and Vans

  • Manage the development of Digital Product Brochures and Spec Sheets

  • Support with enhancing the website customer journey from emails through to conversion

  • Support on National campaign/competition emails for Events, New Car Launches and Offers

  • Support & Manage Dealer emails via Kia Contact

 

About You

Education:

  • Educated to degree or equivalent level preferred.

 

Experience:

  • Automotive experience required. An understanding of Project Management is highly beneficial.

  • Broad spectrum of automotive knowledge across functions.

 

Skills:

  • High energy, driven, self-starter and well-motivated

  • Demonstrate effectiveness in working cross functionally

  • Organised individual with a high level of attention to detail and results driven

  • Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules and in preparing estimates

  • Adjust quickly to new circumstances, challenges and ability to handle ambiguity

  • A team player working on multiple projects supporting various initiative.

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Location/Travel

The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5-minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
