Business Analyst (Customer Quality) (Placement Year 2024/25)
Business Analyst (Customer Quality)
(Undergraduate Internship/Placement Year – 12 months)
Hi, welcome to Kia UK!
Who’s Kia?
Founded in 1944, Kia was originally known for our bikes…then motorbikes…and now, the best cars in the world (in our opinion anyway!). These cars include the award winning Sportage, alongside our world beating Electric Vehicles, such as the awesome EV6 – which can top 165mph!
Kia is at the forefront of electrical vehicle development and currently we’re the 4th largest vehicle manufacturer in the world, but we’re not stopping there. Right now, Kia is going through a major transformation that’s taking us from followers to leaders in the Automotive space. This is where you come in…
Customer Quality is at the heart of Kia’s mission: to create space for people to get inspired and time to bring their ideas to life. Consumers no longer just want a great product, they expect a great experience too! Here at Kia our Customer Quality team focuses on three things; Customer Experience, our Kia Academy, and Digital & Data Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will be contributing to all of these functions to improve our service, enhance our efficiency, and support the objectives of our ‘Vision 120’.
What will I be doing?
Collecting, managing, and presenting key data for improvement activities
Actively engaging in ongoing projects and supporting them with innovative ideas for enhanced outcomes.
Joining in and contributing to cross functional project teams
Completing project documentation and reports
Communicating achievements and sharing best practice
Identifying and suggesting opportunities for business improvement
Leading the management of digital solutions, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Am I right for this?
We don’t want to discourage anybody from applying for this role by making a long list of requirements but to summarise; we want someone who is genuinely passionate about understanding Customer Quality. Please note, as this is a placement year, we’re only accepting students that are studying a relevant course – this can include Business related degrees.
This role will encourage you to act quickly, test your flexibility, and motivate you to constantly adapt to new things. You can get a huge amount of experience, knowledge and skill development out of a year with us so we’d really love to welcome someone with big dreams that we can support!
